    Cool exercise. It slowed my brain down which is hard to do without chemicals. What are these other exercises Joe was talking about maybe they can help too.
    I would definately like to learn more about this kind of thing or any other stuff that chills me out. My job is making me crazy!

    Few minutes ago, I checked out someone who had started following me on Twitter. I watched one of the videos posted at this follower’s website, which talked about “Zero Efforts.”

    I then post the following as a comment (which is now awaiting moderations):

    “Only breathing & heart beats needs no conscious efforts plus perhaps some thoughts.

    The concept of “zero effects” sell what we wants, NOT what we need to move foreward in life. Sound like snake oil to me.

    I’m open to see WHY I might be wrong.

  4. Seems like the majority of people, at least western culture, wants the easy way out. Pop this pill, say this prayer, repeat this affirmation, take this shortcut or that shortcut, etc and all will work out just how you want it (which is not a good thing anyway due to wants and needs constantly changing. Especially if it is an emotionally driven, feelings based want.)!

    The ironic thing is that by the time they figure out that all of that is just superficial crap, a subtle form of greed and a dead end they expended more energy than they would have dealing with things directly and in real-time!

    I’ve heard similar ones before but its been so long and truthfully I never tried in the first place. I did this and felt noticeably different. I’m not sure what I was supposed to feel but I felt different…in a good way. Thanks for that.
