I must say that the work Anthony's life has led him to has changed my person, mind and spirit. With all that comes along with PTSD, anxiety, diet and emotional hang ups, he brought it into a different perspective for me. He clearly showed me how everything is connected and can bring harmony to your life when in good balance. His knowledge of what he practices and teaches is vast and ever-growing. He also has a way about him that put me at ease every step of the way. I couldn't breathe that first day. He asked me what was that I wished to accomplish and my first goal was to just be able to breathe. After years of other types of therapy, both physical and psychological, I still couldn't breathe. Physical and emotional trauma led my life. Through his work, Anthony quickly freed me from that bondage. I breathed for the first time in years that first day! He makes no wondrous statements that you will be "fixed", no false hopes. He educates you in a way that brings an understanding for what is possible and how all the trauma and "stuff" affect you as a person, your decisions, how you live or don't live. His energy and presence, which are both amazing, allowed me to feel that he actually cared and wanted to help me in whatever way he could. How in his work he felt where to go and what he needed to do to get the trauma released was simply AMAZING! How if things became too much at the moment, he took care of my needs and made me feel safe. His knowledge of when/what to do, when to push/pull back, gave me security to feel safe and really let things flow. How he checked in with me between sessions to make sure I was supported in following my path is something that I have never experienced with the "other" help. Anthony helped give me my life back in a way I hadn't had in years and didn't think was possible. I will always be thankful for all that he has done for me and continues to do for others. This is a life awakening journey for everyone who takes this step. It is something that will stay with me always. He is awesome with his gifts and I can't ever thank him enough for opening the doors to REAL release. I recommend him always and with high regards to anyone open for real living again(:
