    Hi Jennifer,
    Thanks for the warm welcome. By the way, I have a wicked case of tinnitus. Maybe we can chat sometime. I definately have a few theories on tinnitus that are more in the world of neurology than audiology. It’s in the ears for sure because sound aggravates it but it is also a memory because it flairs up when I am exposed to a quiet version of the aggravating sound (music-i am a musician). So a recording of my band turned way down aggravates it as much as practice does, if that makes sense. It’s like a bad memory or a relived trauma but it is body based and not emotionally based.
