For the IMC project, I recorded an awesome, entertaining and inspiring video about a tribal-type village constructed by some amazing children. The video was a complete success, but at the last minute I was asked by one of the parents and children to please pull the video.

They were both concerned that putting the video on YouTube, although entertaining and inspirational, might draw too much attention, mainly the attention of some malicious souls who might want to vandalize or diminish it in some way.

I understand and respected their wishes but later on it started bugging me.  This is my response and first video test run.

Please let me know what you think, as this is my first time doing video or audio.  I noticed a lot of  ”umming” but…um…but…um..it’s my first go.  I want your feedback and constructive criticism is always welcome.

Like the words from the Eagles Song, call someplace paradise kiss it goodbye. sad state of affairs, but like in my post “the secret” some thing have to be discoverd on your own to be truly appreciated and it’s OK to be a little selfish to protect something special.

    Anthony,
Great video. It is a shame that most of us lose our childhood imagination as we become adults. Seems that this happens to almost everyone.

As for the parent not wanting the village to be in the public eye, that is understandable because the news shows us so many examples of people being destructive.

    Anthony,

I think I would be just like you with too many “ah”s & “umm..”s If we work on removing them, they will become less frequent. Hey, even Kevin Hogan has his “ah” & “umm” in his CDs and talks.

One thing you (me a& some others) needs to rectify is the LOW sound volume. I can hardly hear you through the pathetic laptops speakers.
