After many, many years I was lucky to run back into my dear friend Anthony. We caught up and laughed like it was just yesterday. Anthony then filled me in on the work he had been doing and wondered if it would be of interest to me. He could tell from our conversation that I was under a tremendous amount of stress and anxiety. I agreed and we began a week later. Before we started with the actual "work", he started informing me about my nervous system, the brain, diet and many other things that affect how we feel and act. He emphasized that it’s my decision as to how I want to feel and live my life. He told me that YOU are in control of leading your life and not the emotional trauma that you have endured. He really made me think about the quality of life I wanted for myself and my children. We then started with breathing and qigong exercises. This instantly changed my mood to a more positive and calmer state. We also reevaluated my diet, lifestyle choices, and things in the environment that might be affecting how I was thinking and feeling. He suspected that I might have some nutritional deficiencies and some other issues and gave me some paperwork to take to my doctor with some tests to order. He was right. I had a few vitamin deficiencies and some other things that were off as well. With my doctors support and cooperation, we corrected them and that has made a big difference. How he knows what he knows is impressive. He covered every possible aspect of my health and left no stone unturned. He then conducted the trauma releasing sessions to help get rid of some physical and emotional trauma that had been stuck in my nervous system for years. The sessions were absolutely amazing and unexplainable! I can honestly say I have never felt more relaxed and CALM in my life. It's been months and that feeling has not left me. I am now able to handle my busy daily life and old stress triggers much better than in the past. Now I look at life much differently. I feel much more balanced, happy and alive because of Anthony’s teachings and sessions. I highly recommend working with Anthony to anyone who is willing to better their quality of their life. I am so glad I ran into him again after all those years. It has truly changed my life and vision for the future. Thanks Anthony!
