My session with Anthony started out with a comprehensive tutorial on the nervous system, the brain, and how things like our culture, diet, relationships, stress, trauma, etc affect our bodies as well as our entire being and perception of the world. From there we moved on to the actual trauma release session. The process was not without humor and at times it was hard to keep from laughing as some of the means meant to release tension struck me as being funny. Anthony laughed along with me and encouraged me to go with it. Anthony was attentive and patient throughout the entire process, which ultimately opened up my capacity to deeply inhale and fill my lungs with air, something that has been a problem for me for a number of years. This shift has been permanent so far, after a number of weeks have passed. I would definitely recommend Anthony’s services to anyone needing to deal with pent up trauma, stress or grief. Thank you Anthony for helping me breathe again! I am so enjoying being able to fill my lungs with air. Over and over and over again: Joy!
