  1. I love these statistics! This is wonderful information. I am always surprised these days to see anybody smoking. There is so much press on the dangers of cigarette smoking, I just can’t see how anybody still does it. Great post!

  2. Great post. Self-hypnosis is a fantastic way to relax – in all sorts of situations, not just lying down on a couch. If nothing else it is a great way to create a relaxation ‘anchor’. Smokers often tell me that they smoke to relax or calm their nerves – substituting a relaxation anchor provides a healthy alternative to satisfy this ‘need’.

  4. Great advice/suggestions. One of the work places here joined the no smoking ban. They gave you the choice. If you keep smoking it is $5.00 more for your insurance per week.
