Anthony Lemme’s work is beyond words. I mean that in a literal sense. Through his body-centered approach he is able to release entrenched physical, mental, emotional and energetic patterns without accessing the content of an individual’s past. Personally, I found this to be incredibly freeing. After working with Anthony Lemme only a few times, I am now much more able to perceive my experiences on a moment to moment basis from a more regulated and spacious state. As a parent of young twins, this has been profoundly beneficial.
