Working with Anthony Lemme has been absolutely life-changing. With each session I felt more open and less limited by my own beliefs and internal habits. My body feels light and I feel friendlier, more easy going and at home in my own skin. I’m sleeping better and have more steady energy during the day. I am also significantly less reactive and more resilient emotionally. In short, working with Anthony has provided me a kind of peace and internal freedom I only dreamed of.
