I have had the privilege of working with Anthony Lemme, exploring and releasing deeply held traumatic body patterns. I have never before allowed myself to be as vulnerable and open as I have with Anthony. The witnessing and trust I have experienced in this work with Anthony has opened my soul.
As a Psychologist, I would highly recommend Anthony to my clients or anyone else for trauma work. I also would suggest his work to individuals who not needing trauma work, may just need deeper work to break through the seemingly immovable stuckness of conditioning held in the body.
